Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how ARKennedy LLC, doing business as Webleads ("Webleads", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information. It covers the local home-service websites we operate, the phone numbers and text messaging we use with them, and the Webleads back-office application. 2. What we collect
We collect the information people choose to give us. When you ask for service through one of our websites, call us or text us, that can include your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, and the details of your request, such as the kind of work you need and when. When a business owner or contractor works with us, we collect their business contact details: the business name, the owner's name, a phone number and an email address. Our systems also keep basic technical logs, such as the date and time of a visit or a form submission, the type of browser used and an internet address, so that we can keep our services running and secure. The request forms on our home-service websites do not ask for payment card numbers.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to respond to a service request and to connect it with the independent local contractor who handles that request; to send the text messages described in section 5; to answer questions and provide support; and to operate, maintain and secure our services, including preventing spam and abuse. We do not use your information for any purpose that is unrelated to these.
4. Sharing
We share a service request with the independent local contractor who handles it, so that they can contact you about the work. We also share information with the service providers that run our systems, such as telephone and text messaging, hosting and email providers, and only so far as they need it to provide those services to us. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Text messages
We run two text messaging programs, described in full in our Terms & SMS Terms. In the first, people who request service through one of our local websites and agree to receive texts get messages about that request. In the second, business owners who agree to receive texts from Webleads get messages about working with us. You can opt out of either program at any time: reply STOP to any message and we will send one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email support@webleads.app. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information for as long as needed to handle requests and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. We delete personal information when you ask us to: email support@webleads.app to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.
7. Security
We protect personal information with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, so that each person can see only the information they need. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be lost or misused, but we work to prevent it.
8. Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
